Please arrive 10 minutes early for you scheduled appointment to allow yourself a
leisurely entrance into the Spa. If you are late for your appointment, the appointment
time will be adjusted accordingly.
Spa Environment:
We offer our Spa guests a quiet and restful experience, therefore we respectively
request that you turn off your phones, or change to silent mode.
Spa Attire:
Please slip into spa slippers which are provided at the front entrance of the spa.
Robes and gowns are provided in our changing area.
Cancellation Policy:
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged 100% of the fee for
the scheduled appointment. A charge of 100% will be applied to missed appointments.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available at our front desk or by phone. Please not that Gift
Certificates expire in 1 year of the purchase date and are not refundable.
